Organisational Update

New Appointments

· General Manager : Announcement to be made shortly – Provide oversight and support to all NDIS service delivery functions of the business across both divisions.

· Finance Manager : Announcement to be made shortly. Manage and oversee Payroll and Finance Functions


Project Role Updates

State Manager Sarah Ray has changed role and is now working with the Workforce Training Division DIVTEC in a part time capacity. All trainers, allied health assistants and staff working with or in this division have a primary business focus to provide and support the training of the Ablecare OnCall Group Workforce. A secondary objective is to support the JobReady programme, recruitment and training of Sector and New Workforce. A third objective will be to expand the group and vocational training options and group services for NDIS Participants.


The staff and team of this division are now overseen by Training Manager Anthony Walsh.


The Business divisions have been defined into two primary areas


1. ALL THINGS SIL........ Oversight and Responsibility for implementation of Strategic plan : Supported Independent Living and Independent Living Options ( SIL/MTA/ILO) and all staff in this division including scheduling and after hours ie ancillary support staff.

All staff who work in this division can see the managers they report to who are responsible for the operational function and accountability of staff and services for these areas. This includes staff allocated to administrative or ancillary functions.


2. ALL THINGS NOT SIL......... Oversight and Responsibility for implementation of Strategic Plan and all staff in this division: NDIS Services – All other service types :

o Capacity Building ( Allied Health/ Support Coordination/ Community / Behaviour Support)

o NDIS Services : STA/ In Home/ Assistance with Daily Living

Note: Additional changes due to growth plans will be announced over the next few months for Allied Health. The Clinical oversight for Specialist staff in Behaviour Support or registered allied health services remains with the relevant registered practitioner ).

Please note : For Allied Health Assistants and Registered Professionals : The day to day supervision ie timesheets, productivity, locations. leave approvals etc is the responsibility of the operational managers for this division.
